Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 10 days  from the date of the receipt (which is recordered). If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.To be eligible for a return or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the receipt of purchase, as well as the product return form, completed by the buyer.

Returns

If the unsuitability of the product is not due to negligence of the company, the user will be charged the additional shipping costs that will arise. Only one change is allowed for each product. In case it is replaced with another one, the return is not possible unless, it is due to company’s response.

Refunds

MONEY REFUND – STRICTLY WITHIN 10 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DAY OF RECEIPT, WHICH IS RECORDED.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

From the initial amount, 10€ expenses are deducted if you choose a non-cooperating bank. The shipping costs for the refund are solely borne by the consumer.

The refund is made through the cooperating bank Alpha Bank within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the outfit and provided that the product, after inspection, is in exactly the same condition as it was sent.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@annaanemomilou.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return-Shipping

Return of product to “Anna Anemomilou” is done exclusively with the cooperating transport company that carried out the shipment and within the above defined deadline.

If you would like to use your transport company, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
