Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 10 days  from the date of the receipt (which is recordered). If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the receipt of purchase, as well as the product return form, completed by the buyer.

Returns

If the unsuitability of the product is not due to negligence of the company, the user will be charged the additional shipping costs that will arise. Only one change is allowed for each product. In case it is replaced with another one, the return is not possible unless, it is due to company’s response.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned item has been checked and accepted, and will be completed approximately within 8 to 10 business days.

Please note that the company Anna Anemomilou does not offer a refund for orders that are on sales or promotion. In that case, we offer only product or size exchange.

Our company’s policy states that items showing signs of use or damage upon return will be subject to a partial refund or exchange based on the extent of the damage. The inspection team carefully assesses each returned item, and if it is significantly worn or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange altogether. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our return guidelines.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@annaanemomilou.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

RETURN OR REFUND FEES

All shipping and return expenses burden the buyer and are not refundable.
We strongly advise you to use Geniki Taxydromiki for Greece and the cooperative couriers that we use for external counties and make sure to ask for a door to door delivery.

In case you’re returning an order from outside Greece you will be burdened with any additional fees, duties and taxes that may be imposed by custom authorities.

Important note
We do not accept returns sent with Hellenic Post (ELTA) because items are often lost or seriously delayed. Very important to use a door to door delivery.
